Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of class credits, memberships and offers from Bonnie Eight. Any purchase implies acceptance of these terms.

Booking & payment

Bookings and payments are made exclusively through the bsport platform. Bonnie Eight does not collect any banking data on this website.

Booking & cancellation

Last booking allowed: up to 5 hours before the class starts.

Last cancellation allowed: up to 24 hours before the class starts. After that, the credit is used.

Students can book future classes starting within the next 14 days.

A class will be cancelled if it has 0 bookings or fewer.

Arrivals more than 5 minutes late are not accepted. The credit remains valid for a future class.

Credit and membership validity

The validity period for credits and memberships is specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits within this period are neither refunded nor carried over.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for partially used credits or active memberships, except in cases of force majeure or permanent studio closure.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the competent court is that of Nyon (VD).
