Pole at BONNIE EIGHT combines strength, technique, and expression. You will build core stability, upper-body strength, grip, and mobility, while improving alignment and lines through a structured and safe progression. Three formats are available: Pole Classic, focused on fundamentals, tricks, and combinations; Pole Flex, dedicated to active flexibility, opening (shoulders, back, hips) and cleaner lines for smoother movement; and Pole Exotic (Heels), centred on musicality, style, and choreography, including heels practice, delivered in a supported, level-appropriate environment.
