BURN takes your Reformer practice up a gear, blending Pilates precision with strength and cardio-driven sequences. Using the Jumpboard, you'll add rhythm, energy, and endurance to your movement while staying true to control, alignment, and mindful execution. More tempo, sweat and burn. A high-vibe, full-body session that strengthens and tones from head to toe, leaving you moving with power, rhythm, and intention.
