Class details
SCULPT offers a more dynamic, creative twist on your Reformer practice. Using resistance bands, light weights or a Pilates ring, the class helps you wake up and tone specific muscle groups with precision and control. We keep Reformer precision, but turn up the intensity to shape legs, glutes, arms, and waist. You'll move through smart, varied sequences that blend strength and flow—refining posture, building stability, and challenging your body in a mindful, well-supported way.
