Class details
Souplesse (flexibility) at BONNIE EIGHT is an active stretching class designed to build range of motion, fluidity, and control. Through progressive work on key openings (shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings) with guided breathing, the class blends dynamic stretches, held postures, and joint mobility. The goal: release built-up tension, improve your lines, support your other practices (Pilates, Pole, Yoga…) and leave feeling longer, freer, more open.
